Slate blue = no observation, GFM (radar sees through cloud, but the satellite swath doesn't cover this area — a fixed strip, not weather-related). Also excluded from scoring.

Hatched teal = known lake/river/reservoir (Reference water layer). This is a fixed geographic fact, not uncertainty — CaMa-Flood's flood fraction includes this extent, so it's excluded from scoring so it isn't counted as a false alarm.
